Rudy Martinez - President
Mr. Martinez is an accomplished senior construction professional with broad business development and management experience in the construction design and materials testing industry. Mr Martinez's experience includes, but is not limited to, strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative research analysis, interactive business development and creative development with the ability to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward thinking leadership in a team environment. Mr. Martinez has over 30 years experience in pavement design and construction. He has an extensive background in construction materials testing and construction quality control. His primary focus in any project will be setting and monitoring completion of project task/goals, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction. Additionally, he also serves as the lead site inspector during construction of projects.
Jaime M. Cantu P.E. - Project Engineer
Mr. Cantu's experience includes Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing as well as Civil Engineering Design and Development. Mr. Cantu has prepared geotechnical engineering reports with foundation and pavement recommendations and has overseen the construction materials testing for numrerous projects across the Rio Grande Valley. His primary focus for a project is to provide adequate geotechnical site investigations, oversee all of the geotechnical laboratory testing, provide sound foundationi and pavement design recommendations and review all construction materials testing operations and deliver results for technical soundness, accuracy and timeliness.
